HOW did you get it working on FreePBX? What settings did you use for that extension to get it to register? Any other settings in FreePBX that you had to change? What exact firmware did you use on the phone? What fields did you fill in in the configuration file and what info did you put in those fields to get it working+where did you get the configuration file? As someone else has said, a tutorial on how you did this would be nice. And you aren’t using endpoint manager right?
I am trying to connect this to a Yeastar S20 which extension uses number, letter and 1 capital letter. Is there anyway I can insert such password into Cisco xml file? since I heard it receives only numerical value, not letters..let alone capital letter
Hi Have seen your other video showing initial setup of the 7941 phone as sip phone. I try to get my 7941 to run on a FreePBX virtual machine. The virtual FreePBX is on the same network as a DHCP server, but the Cisco phone don't get ip address from VYOS server. Have mad e all xml files with correct mac address + all settings in that file, placed it on FreePBX server's tftpboot directory But the Cisco phone don't get ip address I have a Aastra ip phone on the same network, it do get ip address and work OK I have tryed holding # + after some time when led's blink's, pressing 123456789*# it shows MAC address but don't get ip address, and therefor not getting files from Freepbx tftp-server (I gues) BR
Lo dico anche a te se non mostri e non fai vedere come è dome collegare i cavi ai voglia di fare vedere come funziona un telefono o come resettare scusa
