Hello everyone! I am excited to share with you a video in two parts that explains how I secured a fully funded scholarship to study in the UK. I received many questions about this process, so I wanted to provide a step-by-step guide and share the mistakes I made in the past when applying for scholarships. If you’re on a scholarship that at the end end of your studies you should go back home, you can find a job that sponsors you.

I feel like all these videos say the same thing but I’ve literally not seen any scholarships for the program I want. I want to do an online masters in translation but Chevening does not accept online programs and although my country is part of the commonwealth it’s not one of the accepted countries for any commmonwealth programs. I’ve looked for over a year and found nothing that makes sense. Most scholarships are also not even geared toward humanities and education programs 😢

it is always perceived and even propagated by the visa consultancies that you should write that you will be returning to home country in college applications even though you won't and will be working in the UK itself after completing studies. Is it the same case with scholarships as well? and what did you mention in your application , were you straightforward about your aspirations to stay and work in the UK itself ? Hello it depends on the scholarship you’re applying for and the requirements. Some scholarships state clearly that you must be willing to go back to your country after your study while some don’t. Hope this helps

Hello it depends on your preparation; mine took me about 2 months because I’ve applied for scholarship’s previously So there is no set time, my advice would be to give yourself enough time before the application deadline
