The button you showed on the thrust levers as TOGA button is actually the A/T Disconnect button, the TOGA is behind the thrust levers not on the sides. Other than that awsome vid!

The reason your weather radar was failed was because during the early part of the cockpit preflight your copilot never turned on the radar display. There are three knobs that control the intensity of the display tubes. There is a single knob that controls the primary flight display. Below it is a dual knob. The outer (gray) knob controls the intensity of the MFD. The inner (black) knob controls the the intensity of the radar overlay. That white dot on that knob shows it was rotated fully counterclockwise, meaning your radar display was off, thus the “fail” message.

The clamp system on the autothrottle is on the Boeing too. It's called THR HOLD. It allows you to close the throttles easily without having to fight the resistance of the servo in the event you reject the takeoff. It comes on at 84 knots

Pretty sure the FAA want's to have a word with your co-pilot for his serious lack of attention LOL

Hey Froogle, Great videos as always, Could you just give the date and time for the weather. I've tried to find the same weather but with no luck. I used 23rd of february with 12:00 UTC time, but it shows definitely no big weather at all. Atlanta is clear and Memphis has quite a big of fog 0.5 SM visibility, but nothing in terms of crosswind as significant as you have. Can you provide the date/time you used in setting up Active Sky weather ? It looks very interesting to fly in :) Thanks!

When the WX radar shows off, if you press WX+T the radar should turn on. Great video!

We have similar accents Pete and I never have the problems you have in FS2Crew so I think you just need more training. I went through the Windows training it 3 or 4 times before I was happy with it. Great video

Hey froogle. About the wxr have you checked the weather engine setting in the manager? I believe it defaults to active sky and you were running REX

Hey froogle you didn't do anything wrong with the WXR Radar If you looked on the Nav Display it says WXR Fail.

Froogle which sim do you like the best? FSX, Prepar, or Xplane?

Did you have to do anything special to get the FO to set the flaps? He won't do anything with the flaps for me.

Hey Froogle, great video, really reminds me my old days ! About the WX radar, it might be a random failure, but I used to have consistent WX radar failure with old flythemaddog. I remember I found the solution in the old forum indicating missing entries in dll xml.
