Very detailed and informative video. You did a mistake in jerry can installation. for mounting jerrycan on jerrycan mount use 4 10mm nut bolt. don't use U clamp. U clamp basically used for mounting jerry can on crash bar or any other poll. The way you fix this U clamp it can damage your jerrycan mount too.

hi Scott, glad you watched this video .old zana gps mount is not compatable and you need to buy new zana gps mount, the new one is not useful as per my understanding as its too low and you need to look down anyway.i found out an another way but I am not sure it will be useful for all.any how I will post that in some time this week.stay tuned.

Hi bro, Nice attachments, bike looks grt. 1 suggestion, install good knucle gaurds, re comes for app 2200-2500. There r others as well. But re one is better, whichever it is, needs to have aluminium frame in it, only then it will save u & bike on a fall. Personally i would have installed all these accessories myself, enjoyed the process & also get proper fittings. Small sugg: Get a mobile/camera mount stand for making utube videos urself. Bro trust me this bike was gilding through path holes , I tried same road with interceptor 650 I had to break every now and then but Himalayan is awesome. Just grab one is what my suggestion would be. I am not exaggerating but seriously I have never owned a bike like this 👍✋❤️❤️ happy riding. You should do it by yourself my friend installing that accessories.. rhe mechanic was'nt good enough cause they dont know the proper installation we a motorcycle owner should able to do some basic repair just for incase mechanic is not available while we are in the middle of our trip tightening bolts adjustment is not difficult.so we should know how to fix it.. Hi Omar,This is a brand new Himalyan 2021 to me as well to many others and so is the accessories for all of us.There was no RU-vid video or manual available while I unboxed this. Anyway points taken Bro.
One suggestion, find a better mechanic. Sadly, this guy seems to lack common sense. Also, you leave the base plate attached to the rack and attach or remove the jerry can mounts when needed. So, you don't have to connect it to the base plate before mounting the base plate. As @Ajay Choudary said, you just fit it using short 10mm bolts.
