Not too thrilled with that view. The city is the view and there's no view of the city. Cramped spaces. The bedroom is in the kitchen? And, no cooking facilities? Southern Italy gets up to 40C + during the summer. Unless you stay there in the winter; no thank you. What's the fireplace for? Should be a big screen TV.

When you said light cooking. Was their a stove top and oven?" Refrigerator ? Would have liked better camera details.
