About this recipe: Bondhura aj ami ghorei banabo dokaner moto fuluri recipe. Ingredients:
Gram flour 1 and 1/2 cup,
1/2 teaspoon black cumin seeds,
Chopped green chillies,
Salt as per taste,
Little amount of asafoetida's (hing) water,
1/2 teaspoon baking soda,
Water,
Refined oil.
Process:
Seive the gram flour properly.
Add water slowly slowly and prepared the batter.
Beat the batter for 5 to 7mins.
Add cumin seeds,
Salt, chopped green chillies,
Asafoetida's water.
Mix it well.
The consistency of the batter will be thick.
Rest it for 5 mins.
Add the soda and little amount of water.
Mix it well.
Take a kadai add refined oil into it.
Now fry the gram flour balls in the oil.
Fuluri recipe is ready to serve.
