Fun and games making The Hunt for Gollum 

I think U did a wonderful job. It is a great sensation to know that there are people like you that understands tolkiens world like I and every other LOTR fan does. Thanks for this and we'll be waiting for another prequel!

In May 2024, it was announced that Serkis would direct, executive produce, and star in Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum for Warner Bros. Pictures, a new installment in the Lord of the Rings film series, with Fran Walsh and Philippa Boyens writing the screenplay alongside Phoebe Gittins and Arty Papageorgiou and Jackson producing alongside Walsh and Boyens; the film is expected to be released in 2026.
