The first wildflower you showed, the white one is yarrow. It is very medicinal. Great video! We are transplants to AVL. We haven't been to Craggy Gardens. Will definitely be checking it out.

I would like to know how many miles your hikes are….I was just up there for 3 days during that cold cold snap, just walked the Botanical Gardens, River Arts District then Downtown….

Hi Paula, we're not sure how long our hikes are but if I had to guess I'd say between 3 and 5 miles. We found the Craggy Gardens hike in a book that was titled Easy Hikes of the Blue Ridge Mountains. If I remember correctly this one was 3 miles round trip. We aren't to hardcore and we tend to stay away from the more difficult hikes, lol! Thanks for watching and take care!
