Not sure about seeing a doctor when you're sick? Ask why you are sick? If you are ill it's because the body cannot fight the condition causing the problem. Medication will do nothing. Eat Healthy , drink only water. No sugar , no processed foods. No processed anything! This includes all packaged foods. No pasta , breads , canned fruits , frozen veggies , canned soups , canned veggies! If you even get sick once before you are 90 change your diet.
