Hello, so happy you found our channel. We publish theme park videos 3 or 4 times a week. We visit the best theme parks in the world, Walt Disney World Resorts and Universal Studios Resorts. Our visits to Walt Disney World Resorts include the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. Our visits to Universal Studios Resorts, aka, Universal Orlando includes their Universal Studios park, their Islands of Adventure park and the Volcano Bay water park. While at Universal Studios Florida we explore the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, both the Hogsmeade area and the Diagon Alley area. We are kid friendly Orlando theme park vloggers creating content regarding Disney World, Universal Studios Florida, Universal Orlando, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disneys Animal Kingdom, and Disneys Hollywood Studios. I love the Photo Pass! It’s the best investment I’ve made after my annual pass. We were able to get ours on sale. They do have sales quite often on their Facebook page.

Rix Flix Tour Review: Five Stars out of 5. I took one last Tuesday. He is just as fun, generous, and knowledgeable as in his videos. Best part was watching cranes move pylons into place for new Veloci-coaster. Second best: watching him spend time with his fans when they asked for pictures and other questions.

A few times per year they offer big sales on the photo pass as well! Usually around holidays, I got an annual pass last New Years for about $80 and they also offer 3 day and 2 year passes too, sometimes including a shutterbuttons video! If you follow the My Universal Photos page on Facebook they post about the sales and also have giveaways from time to time. 😊

I bought one of these sales, but now that my trip is closer I can't figure out how I redeem or "activate " it in the parks. Any advice?

@@damaramitchell5664 when you get to the park go to the photo store at the front, I know in studios it was to the right when you first walk in. I think they emailed a voucher that I brought and they will give you the cards and lanyard and then you can use it from then on! There's a my amazing photos app that you can download that lets you access the pictures.

Emily Basile Hi Emily! Have you personally used the Amazing Pictures Mobile app? It has AWFUL reviews in the app store so I didn’t want to download it until I saw your comment.

@@cindyyu9626 yes I use it for the picture pass and it works fine for me! That's pretty much its only purpose so I'm not sure why it has such bad reviews 🤷‍♀️😄. You can download the pictures from the app too. Otherwise their website does the same if you'd rather use that. The only thing you can't do on the app and have to use the website for is getting a picture from a receipt code (the only ride I know of that does this is rip ride rockit, where they don't scan your pass but give you a code you have to put in to redeem it). Besides that it works great for me!

Another great and informative guide to the parks. Can't say it's something I have done except for our first couple of visits to Orlando. Wow I can't believe how much the channel has grown and your Patron numbers has exploded. It's a great testament to the work you and Nikki have put into the channel. Seriously it's been a great time following your journey on RU-vid. Keep up the great vloging.

You are living the life, Rick! Also, joining the My Universal Photos Facebook page can alert you to photo pass specials. Around Mardi Gras, we were able to get a 5-day photo pass plus 8x10, 5x7, poster print and Shutterbuttons video session for $59.99. A great deal that never expires, so we just used it earlier this month on our trip.

Hi Rix you mentioned photopass photographer will take a pic with your cellphone, what about the patrons regular camera? ( I know this is a fussy Q but in other places yes for cell, no for camera because they want you to use their service. ) I have never been to Florida before does the other parks have simular policies?

Wait wait wait!!! You totally missed out on the best photo opportunity in the park! It isn't free, but Photopass does give a discount I think. In Diagon Alley is a shop right next to Madame Malkins, it's called Shutter Buttons. Inside you can act in front of a green screen and make your own Harry Potter moving pictures on a DVD! You totally need to try it out! It's so much fun!

Here's another tip: every receipt at the button offers a FREE shutterbuttons DVD. The photo isnt included but the green screen effect video is as long as you show the receipt. Its located in diagon alley! Right now, they have Holiday themed backdrops as well at that darkroom location. Looked like you guys had fun as always!

Once again, you have helped us so much. I know that photo pass can be a little pricey. But, I'm all for them. Memories you just can replace. And they are so much fun!!!! Good to know about the 30 day one. I bought one online for 3 days, but we are going to be there for 5 days. I didn't want to choose which days to use them. I was told you couldn't buy the annual pass unless you were an annual pass holder. ???

We love the photopass!! I ended up getting a 14 day pass from the presale site, because it was cheaper that 2 of the 3 day passes. Last April, I caught a sale on the 5 day pass. It included Shutterbuttons. I’m not going until next year, but it goes from the 1st day you use it, so I bought it waaaaay early! Missed a few of these spots and darkroom it new, so I can’t wait to go back! Thanks for the tips!!

Hello :) if I am going with a party of 4, do we all have to buy our own photo pass in order to do the dark room and other photo options? Or if I purchase the pass, does it cover all 4 of us to be in photos?

He wasn't listed on the website or app, but my husband and I met Abominable when we were there in September! I'm in the Orlando Informer group on facebook, and I knew to look for him because I saw some members post about meeting him! I was so excited!! Caught him just before he left for the afternoon. I totally forgot about the ET photo op. So bummed. Guess we'll just have to take another trip back! Darn! ;)

first off love the videos, our first family trip ever will be universal studios this coming Aug 2021. I bought the photo pass , question though do you get all the digital downloads or do they charge for individual ones you want? I downloaded the app already. bought the 3day pass. can you save the downloads? thank you for all the useful insights! Giget

Yes, it's for consecutive days. Only one would need to purchase it, if you think you may seperate some during the day, just ask them to make a copy of the one. That's what I do, once my tour is over I give my group a copy of my pass.

Just buy one, and tell them your party may split up during the day and ask them to make a second copy. I do that all the time.

I bought this package when i was in Universal and the customer service was horrible. Last but not least they did not explain any of the information you have provided here in your video. I wound up only getting about 25% of what I paid for mainly because they didn't tell me what I should have done to get all of these wonderful photo opportunities.
