Sometimes you just wanna have some fun and do something completely different, a great way to 'cleanse your palette' when painting your miniatures. I know what it's like painting a large Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Fantasy or a very large historical army. Sometimes it just feels tedious and can feel never-ending, especially a horde army. But there is a great way to invigorate your imagination and take a break so you can avoid hobby burnout. And in this video, we take a look at a method that has helped me many times over the years, the 'Blank Canvas' approach! Here I grab a miniature that I've never painted before and approach it in a completely different way by choosing a colour palette outside of my norm and I just have fun with it! I have found that this really helps me and gives me motivation and a break to continue my other projects and get them finished for those all important games and campaigns. Oh, and the model used was sent to us with no obligation to use by our friends at Mini Wargaming (www.miniwargam...) from their upcoming Ravaged Star miniature line (ravagedstar.com), we just liked it so much and was perfect for the subject of this video.
