I think if they added hybrid 15 car trains and made the last 4 cars AC that would work, but they shouldn't reduce the amount of space the trains already hold for regular passengers too much.

If they increase the number of AC locals, it will reduce the number of regular locals, so please don't. It's already beginning to get difficult to get trains because of the AC trains interjected in between, and half the time the AC trains aren't even running full capacity. And the cost is too much for the majority of mumbaikars to afford on a year-round basis.
Most of the people don't go for AC trains and buy their tickets because they are limited .... They know if they miss these one then they have to wait 1hr for the next train
