It is interesting that hungarian (his native language differs a lot from English) speaks so clear English! I can understand everything what he says. Does his pronunciation look perfect or not?

I believe this is a part from Track and Field Technique series, originally released on VHS in circa 1990. Eh... can't find whole video sadly. If anyone knows where to buy it in digital version- comment please.

Quite amazing! Nothing of value was taught in 6 minutes. The most important thing for beginner is to keep elbow at ear level, or injury to elbow is guaranteed.

Yes indeed it almost guarantees Injury to the elbow, but this was around the “ old javelin “ era and a lot of guys didn’t use a lot of very good techniques some did some didn’t, and I’m making a slight correction the elbow should usually stay above the shoulder height, I’m not saying your wrong I’m right but I’m just making a small correction I learned from my coach.

its not bad, but you are leaving your wrist too far behind and that interrupts the channeling and slows the resultant speed of your arm. After a second view, seems that you are hasting for getting your arm out, try yo escalate from your foot to your shoulder, then let the arm go! Ah and also, try harder on that knee-lock! Hope it helps!

What is wrong in here? Im just trying to learn javelin. I think tap-tatap rythm is very good way to teach crossjump and steps atleast.
