So about 4 years ago I watched and commented to you when you got your very first pair of blue light blocking glasses. At the time you were only calling them your "computer glasses". You got glasses for you kids as well as you and your husband. You mentioned that your a fulltime contact lens wearer and started wearing glasses when you were ten years old. At that time you opted for non-prescription blue light glasses for everyone in your family. Your kids didn't need prescription glasses so that made since for them. But you and your husband probably over wear your contacts by quite a bit if you wear them fulltime. It would be much better for the health of your eyes for you to have included you and your husbands prescription in your glasses along with the blue light block coating. That way at least when you are on your computer your eyes would be getting a nice relaxing break from contacts. As a former optician I highly suggest going on-line to Eye Buy Direct or maybe Zenni Optical, equally as good as EBD for you next glasses and include your prescriptions. I know Zenni has glasses that include single vision lenses in whatever prescription you wear for as little as $6.95 and hundreds more for under $20.00. You can add the blue light coating for $16.95.
