The compass turning to point towards techno is my favorite little moment for some reason, the beat build-up mixed with the plot build up is just combined so perfectly. The scene where the music stops, the anvil drops on Techno, and he sees Wilbur on the other side of the veil gives me chills every single time though, it’s SO DANG GOOD OH MY GOD.

So, there was a king, known as King Minos. He beat the king (i don't remember his name) of a land, known as Ithica, in battle, and Theseus lived with this king. Now, as a peace offering, this King would send a group of people to King Minos, and they would go into the Maze of the Minotaur, where they would be eaten by the Minotaur. 2 years after this started, Theseus decided he would be in one of these groups, himself. The king denied multiple times, until Theseus had an idea, to make the king let him go. If he beat the Minotaur, then he would raise white sails when he came home (this story haunts me to this day). The king let him go compete, and kill the Minotaur. Now, upon his arrival, the princess, or daughter of King Minos, saw Theseus, she fell in love with him. So, as a secret, she gave him so string to find his way back through the maze. So, he used it to find his way back. When he got to the middle of the maze, he found his target. Half man, half bull, covered with ugliness, and horror, and smelled of rotten meat. He went in, and the gate closed behind him, so he couldn't leave. The battle began. In the end, the Minotaur was defeated, and Theseus, and all his people went free. When they got to the boats, he took the princess with him, to be his wife. When they got near Ithica, the king looked for the white sails... but Theseus forgot his promise, and the king jumped of the balcony. When Theseus, and the rest of Ithica found out, they couldn't live without a king, and so they all died, without one. Their remains (bones) were everywhere.
