even though fundy might not be playing all the correct notes, or might not be advanced as a professional, you can tell hes had musical training in the past. Not to mention, hes playing everything musically, even if hes not playing it perfectly, and thats what really makes a musician a musician.
Agreed. I’m also thoroughly impressed by his hearing skills able to hear the accurate melody and play it accurately too. I’ve played piano for so long and I always rely on the sheet music, because my ears aren’t that good.
I'm pretty impressed with him, and as a musician, I can hear that he definitely had experience, probably to the point where he can improvise off any given song
@Yu Qi Wang bro, you cant have skill naturally when it comes to music. The only thing you can get naturally is perfect pitch; everything else takes time and practice. Some may have a boost when learning, but they still have to go ahead and take time to practice
even though some notes aren't perfectly hit, the most amazing thing (to me, at least) is that he played some of the songs by ear. BY EAR. that's crazy that some people can do that.
To be fair, the video he was watching showed what keys to use but it’s very apparent that he had some good practice with the piano for a while (the fact that on his first try he can nail almost any note just shows his skill)
@@RealDeranged I think it's just reletive pitch where you just get used to notes I have the same thing it just make learning new music eiser also I spelt a lot of stuff wrong idc lmao
@- Dalcnori - he had a vidio showing how to play the song and followed it's rule. But he didn't pause so most likely it's reletive pitch if he was to the full song on cammand that would be perfect pitch
I was thinking the same 👀 I just don't say it because people may think something weird of it ksndjsjdn 👁️👄👁️ but like I'm an artist, I like to do portraits, so I like looking at peoples faces 👀👀
It ain't weird. It's perfectly ok to compliment someone. Although nowadays it does seem weird but that's just because complimenting someone would be followed by justification that they are not weird. In other words, you good, you just letting a dude he look nice.
Oh man, he's actually really talented. Like, aside from his coding (which I can't say is amazing or bad, since that's not really my forte--) and being a generally good entertainer, he's also pretty good at piano. My respect for him has doubled +.+ I really want to catch another stream of his, but he's live on like 2AM in the fudking morning for me, and I want to die the next day after staying awake up at that unholy hour.
@@potate7598 haha I'm 13. latest song I've played is one summers day arranged by Joe hisaishi. I started in kindergarten and played in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th then just quit
@iDontKnowWhatMyNameShouldBe hi :D that’s what some of my friends did but some of them have started to do piano again, you could try to do piano again :D
iDontKnowWhatMyNameShouldBe hi :D i’m 13 too and started playing violin since i was 4 (i think that makes it 10 years or somewhere around). Now i’m being kinda pressured to join a high school marching band and play clarinet. Idk how to and i have to learn to do that within like two weeks rip
@@lazitazi5645 uhh I dont think so. He has a synthesia pulled up on his phone which shows the notes playing. That's how I learnt piano before I learnt sheet music.
Okay but fundy playing the jojo theme during really important moments on the dream smp would be the best thing and you can not lie. Like someone's streaming lore and they are about to fight and then just fundy pops in the call and blasts jojo music and just leaves after .
Istg every time I see the DSMP members do some thing music-related, my heart just melts and I feel so happy because I play an instrument as well (piano)
im pretty sure he has relative pitch instead of perfect pitch. i think the difference between the two is that rp is the thing that "makes" you predict the next notes and chords, while perf. pitch is where you can pinpoint the right and correct notes and chords. im not sure about the definitionz though.
c6amp If it’s like learning coding that’s fine bc at least there’s resources for that but if it’s like learning another language then I’m screwed. Since I wrote that comment at least I learned how to read sheet music on the piano ??
