Ive had toenail fungil since i was a teenager up into adult hood I'm 32 now.. but i only have it on my two big toe nails left and right? And im getting tired of seeing them I really want to cure them and get rid of them.
@MammothEricR-r1m Dealing with toenail fungus for such a long time can be frustrating, but you're not alone in this! Treatments like antifungal creams, oral medications, or laser therapy might help, but it’s important to consult a dermatologist to find the most effective solution. With consistent care, you can finally get rid of it and have healthier nails!
@Medical Centric, 183 pounds just fell on my toe, it hurts a lot and also bleeds. I think my nail got crushed too. Should I try disinfecting it with hydrogen peroxide? I would be really pleased if you could share this information to me.
I believe it’s a wart fungus that doesn’t manifest as warts. Take vitamin E and also crack open a capsule of vitamin E. It takes months to perfectly heal, but the little black dots will go away. Do you notice that it gets worse when your diet is worse? Cut out gluten and sugar and you might see a difference.
I would add that the clinical picture can vary depending on the causative organism. For example, dermatophytes have distal or lateral nail involvement that spreads proximally. It is associated with separation of the nail bed. With T interdigitale, you get crumbly white areas. Yeasts have a different distribution, as do non-drmatophyes.
