You add your email then once your ready to scan your tap the scan button in the center it will pop up two options one is photo the other is e-receipt the blue option for me it may ask you to enter your email address to scan for receipts or store membership
hey there’s something wrong with my fetch Rewards app. Every time I go to my rewards it says something went wrong, and it doesn’t show me my pass redeem gift cards so can you help me with that?
@@notsmooth4558I have the same issue myself. It took me a long time to get to near 60k points. I submitted for a gift card and it's been way longer than 72 hours. I now can't see the status and get the message that something went wrong. Also, every receipt I scan says 0 points.
