Since you like real butter so much imma tell you how to make it! Take a bottle (or more) of heavy whipping cream and put it in the mixer. Turn it on on the medium-fast level, but not to where it splashes. It will take a little bit but the heavy whipping cream will thicken up and turn into butter. Take a strainer and put it over a bowl, then put the butter in the strainer. Squish out the excess liquid from the butter over the strainer & bowl, and when you are done put the butter clumps into a medium sized bowl of cold water. Squish the butter inside the cold water. This makes it soft and spreadable! When you are done you can store the excess liquid from the butter (the white liquid in the bowl, not the cold water mixture) The excess liquid is buttercream. Store the butter & buttercream in the fridge. This makes niiiiicceee pannncaaaaakkkeesss! ~~``++Have a nice dayyyy++``~~
