Mirabel and Miguel can be soulmates with so much in common: - are bubbly, joyful and lovable teenagers - loves music and can make people fall in love with their singing - loves their family even though they are shitty to them and enforce them into the generation-old standards - has the grandmas no one wants to have - has a relative (Bruno and Hector) who got disowned by the family because of misunderstandings that can be resolve if everyone just sit down for 15 FUCKING MINUTES AND ACTUALLY TALKING ABOUT THE PROBLEM RATHER THAN SHUTTING EACH OTHER DOWN - has to risk themselve to fix the mistakes and rifts in the family that the older generations left for them even though they have nothing to do with it - receive no apologies for what they've been through
Isabela: blends into the flowers covering her wall with only her HAUNTING EYES visible Luisa: paints herself grey and stands in the corner pretending she's a statue. Dolores: Doesn't get to ever be the seeker, because she always knows where to find people
because she is. or at least, very stressed out. I mean, not to sound rude, but how would you feel if you had to bake all day just to take care of the entire village (and your husband and family), while also taking care of you sons/daughters, husband, and the rest of the family. (bonus points if you hate seeing others physical pain) I would feel the same at this point, but try not to show it
Is it fair to say I love many of the movies and TV shows for the art and stories themselves while hating the company Disney? I made an exception for Gravity Falls, Owl House, Ducktails, and Amphibia so I guess I can do it for this one
The only thing I'd advise you on is being more playful when you're acting. Try not to sound like you're just reading of a script, try to make the characters more energetic. No hate on your acting skills though, just trying to give some helpful feedback!
