As part of the Funny on the Foyle comedy gala, Patrick Kielty discusses the change of attitude in Derry~Londonderry after the year of City of Culture 2013.
But the double barrelled name is there already in LONDON/derry. Derry actually means place of the Oak and I think most people have Oak (seasoned since 1690) between their ears. Now I wonder if David Icke's prediction that this City was to be destroyed in the early '90's had come true; would that have advanced peace breaking out?
