Is dancing and dressing like a maiko in another country thought disrespectful? If a person isn’t a maiko nor a geiko but makes it clear that isn’t, is performing acceptable? I think it’s bringing awareness of the art but what are your thoughts? I also watched your maiko make up video from 2 years ago. Helped me to understand the durability behind the white. Arigatōgozaimashita! ❤
