Technically, their not even engaged. Foxy was just trying to be a loving boyfriend by giving Lolbit some diamonds he got on accident, and she decided to call that his proposal without him even explaining it wasn't one, so he'd be forced to call her his fiance and marry her when she decides. It's like Kermit and Miss Piggy all over again.
