Wow...$3000 a month. That price is more expensive than a nice Airbnb in America fully furnished, Netflix, AC, some rooms at the beach under $2,000. Why is it so expensive? Are there other amenities that I am missing 🤔 just curious
Well, I can’t speak to the standards in America. Notwithstanding, by our standards, yes 3000 a month is considered expensive. Some of these quotes are sometimes just location advantage. This one specifically, there are no additional costs. You just pay for $100 a night & you’re good.

Because they know westerners are watching this and not people in Ghana. Why is the price even being quoted in US Dollars when if I go to Ghana I'm going to be spending cedis anyway
