Maganda ang BF Homes Almanza 2, the first BF Homes sa Metro Manila. Nice and quiet place. Magugustuhan mo kapag nakapag tripping ka sa loob. Iba talaga kung personal mo makikita siya.

kasi ang area ni eva is sa south lang. maraming bf BF homes, resort, paranaque, at almanza. so far kaming nasa BF RESORT wala nmn problema sa tubig, kaya nag bebenta kasi mga mayayaman nag hoard ng lupa tapos pinatayuan ng bahay. from lot price of 5M then mabebenta ng 20-30M. Go figure
@@Rob3rt-z3i pangit talga linya ng tubig sa pilar. pero iba ang line ng BF almanza dyan. mas dense ang tao sa pilar compare sa bf almanza. and mas maraming squater sa pilar na naka free water connection kaya hinihinaan ang mga linya dyan ng tubig para hindi maka kuha yung mga squater ng free water.
@@Rob3rt-z3i Tumira ako sa BF homes almanza for 3 years at sa 3 years ko dun, dalawang beses lang ako naka experience na nahirapan sa water. And almost the whole metro manila had shortage of water supply that time so, understandable naman. And to be fair sa BF alamanza, during that time nag iikot ang maynilad to supply water to the residents. I was renting an apartment by the way in case you wonder why I left. So I guess magkaiba naman ang pilar sa BF homes. Just sharing para naman hindi ma discourage yung mga interested sa property na to. :)
Tumira ako for 3yrs. jan sa BF Almanza and hindi naman pahirapan sa tubig, May ipon na tubig yung clubhouse and malaki tank nila if mawawalan man may umiikot na malaking truck ng Maynilad para magbigay ng free water bahay-bahay nasayo nalang kung bibigyan mo ng tip yung driver at naglalagay ng tubig. para saan pa at may swimming pool sila for home owners din, mayayaman nakatira jan not to mention na anjan nakatira si Mr. and Mrs. Fortun pati office nila anjan din pati yung sikat na designer na si Pat jan din nakatira. well maintained ang lugar at tahimik masarap tumira jan. May church din at sa tapat ng church may kainan.
