Further Confusion FC 2012 Part 1 

I just LOVE to see people in fursuits run around and be not only their *true* selves, but also their character! It lets people get to know the personality of the character instead of having to explain it, and it lets people run around and have lots of fun!

@kattaclysm - The name of the song used in the video is "Rocket". To find it, first follow the link the description, then look for the link to incompetech in the article. Once you're on that site, click the link for "Royalty Free Music" (be sure you click one of the site's links and not an ad or you'll never find it!). Then you'll get to a page with a search box. Type in rocket and it should come up. Enjoy!

The big furry con in England is called Confuzzled. It's a good con and worth checking out.

If you're making your own suit, the main cost will be buying the fur. The price of that varies greatly depending on quality. Search for places that sell faux fur online to get an idea of the prices.

@NIkki Kirk - Yes, you can make up any character you want and then just show up at the con and hang out with the others.

Syber makes fursuits for a living, so she's commissioned different people to make fursuits of her fursona. It's her personal character, but she lets friends wear the other suits while she is in one.

You can bring as many suits as you feel like traveling with. :-)

It's fun to hang around with and meet other furries. It's mostly a chance to socialize with people with a similar interest.

Depends on how complex the design is and who makes it. Search around online for fursuit makers since they generally give some pricing guidelines on their websites.

Good suits aren't cheap though I wouldn't say they're extremely expensive. Partial suits consisting of just a head, paws and a tail can be had for a few hundred dollars. Second hand suits can be found on ebay at reasonable prices.

OMG I live in Indiana too! There's actually furry convention somewhere, I think maybe in Indianapolis that you could check out.

EuroFurence in Germany or Confuzzled in England would probably be your best options.
