Looked like the auditor went down like Tyson then got up out of nowhere, the way the other employee was asking are you alright was as if he'd hit the deck, although I'll give him it he beat the 10 count. He must have been confused when he woke up as he said " what's going on here".

Even if a person is on their property it is not justification to assault them. If they are a threat to somebody or they are destroying property that is different but trespassing laws do not allow you to put your hands on somebody just because they are on your property.

Partly right. But you have to ask them to leave first and not hinder them leaving. Any force used to make them leave must be that does not injure them eg leading by the arm etc.

Practice confrontation Stand up for yourself when you are in the right. Start small, for example if your order something at a restaurant, tell the staff politely that they got it wrong, if they escalate, just escalate with them. Of course don't be a dick, but you always need to stand up for yourself man.

Great video. Nice left. Guy on the gate was more concerned why he was being recorded not the site, wonder why. Could be claiming, illegal of no SIA licence. A lot of cheap SIA licences about, 1 company was founded to be doing a 6 day course in 1.5 days and getting trainees to sign all 6 days paperwork.

Outstanding work, I subscribed. Everybody should take a page out of your book, everybody should stand up for their rights. This low paid guards do not get any training whatsoever, they come straight outta some dictatorial shitehole and think that anybody with a fluorescent jacket can kick citizens around. He made an illegal arrest on a public footpath then proceeded to assault. He learned a valuable lesson that day.

I’m a happy entertained new subscriber… I generally can’t stand certain auditors but like your honesty and direct approach with humour… I’m a professional photographer who quite often has altercations like this and drives me nuts.. sadly resulting in me defending myself against security last week. I wasn’t even filming their site ffs. Camera was pointing away throughout…. You and Reggie and BP I find the best… stopped supporting a few others as found them disingenuous in their approach…. Keep it up as a working photographer we’ve always had a fight on our hands… Ty mate
