With all the hits fury has been taking and another one coming that hits our target caps on odyn's fury and thunderous roar, I am really curious if a more sustain orientated build will start pulling ahead. If so mountain thane with anger management (I've always been surprised reckless abandon was favored) might be the play. CD reduction on 2 major cds just seems too good.
Im only using vicious contempt in m+, as we are less focussed on pressing raging blow as we are with the slayer build. We lay more prio on BT/BB making the value of contempt better. Especially since our majority damage comes from our Thunder Blasts
My build looks almost identical to this. But using Slayer. Priority outside of burst is Execute > Rampage > Bloodthirst > Raging Blow… Multiple targets keep WW buff up I have not been able to make mountain thane equal the damage of slayer, When slayer uses that priority system. The 20% chance of AoE damage on your bloodthirst looks better than thunder blast on paper The first pack with all CDs, on rookery, I end the fight with 4.5m DPS The first boss with all CDs on rookery, i end with 1.3m DPS I will keep trying to make Thane work but its strange
@@ShreddedSteel the priority ur describing is not entirely correct, and also depends on if you play RA or AM. I’d advice you to check out the Slayer guide for it! In terms of the Mountain Thane Damage, its worse than Slayer. If you look for optimal damage you should play slayer
@@JeventesTV you don’t believe in slayer, that execute takes priority over rampage? Or that bloodthirst is a priority over raging blow? With 585, 39% mastery and 12% haste, all combinations and builds have lead to this priority being the highest sustained DPS I have yet to see another Fury outperform me, And while that itself isn’t the best metric, The sims prove it correct as well, If not the hours spent on training dummies The reasoning for execute taking priority, is sudden deaths effects in slayer, And Bloodthirst taking priority over raging blow, Is the 20% chance to hit for 200k ( to all targets )
@@ShreddedSteel The build you are referring to is Anger Management, which by default is lower dps than Reckless Abandon. Besides that, the API for sims isnt fully updated making sims not a reliable source. The Reckless Abandon build (from my slayer guide) with the priority that goes with it is the highest dps you will achieve in aoe scenarios. Lastly, secondary stats will not impact the priority in your rotation, they only influence how fast or how much dmg certain things do
Hello, can u pls make a guide for arms next. Seems like nothing is out there all are on fury train. And i am confused because guide websites suggest different things.
@@Alithia451 When you talent Reckless Abandon, everytime you use a rampage you will gain “bloodbath” and “crushing blow” instead of bloodthirst and raging blow, thunderblast is a proc
Because of Bloodcraze buffing up your Bloodbath when using Crushing Blow. Besides that, you will get 1 stack of each which you will both use regardless ^^
