@@lisagarrett2657 are you doing fused glass? This is glass powder on a mold, fired in a kiln. What is your question?

I do not see that you put any release agent. How it does not stick to the mold?

Mica do not stick, mica is the release agent

So pretty. Do you have to add a lyer of clear for food use since mica is not food safe?

Kathy Bidler the heart and the other red dish are covered with red frit, mica is just on the bottom. If your mica is on top you should cover it with clear fine frit, if your Bowl/project is just decorative/non functional you don’t need it.
