I agree with the below comment, if this is aimed at beginners you need to slow down and explain a bit more what it is you are doing. Give a full step by step explanation, when I was lecturing I would assume the students had never seen whatever it was we were doing.

Good video but it would be helpful if you slowed down and showed us where you are clicking to select all the things that you are doing. Your curser moves too fast to follow what you are slecting in the various menus.
