Thanks for doing tutorials in Fusion 360 even though you are not very familiar with it. You can change the Fusion 360 Z Axis to point *up* in Preferences/General so that the axes will align with Cura's. And on the difficulty with selecting the circle base, I recommend hiding the bodies and use your original sketch circle rather than making a new one. Also, it looked like you drew that circle on the bottom of the vase rather than on the plane, so the vase ridges were automatically projected.
