I believe another difference is that the s.bus2 telemetry, servos, etc. can be programmed wirelessly through the transmitter through the R334, but not the others.
thats right.. however carbon fiber just an OK choice for racing. Its nice for adding strenght to areas but a full carbon fiber layup does not have a ton of advantage.
Futaba still has fixed the the gauge screen on the 7px where your top mph still shows kph. I notice this when my gps kept saying I was doing 124 mph. When I go to the regular telemetry screen that is where is show the mph, but if you use the gauge on the home screen the lock mph is kph. We spend a lot of money on these radios and they still can't fix this? Futaba customer service has been terrible and has fallen on deaf ears.
@@seajj2 that should be OK but.. i have 8.2..please make sure to update to the newest please. 124 is the default "limit" make sure the display is set to ON.. no reason i can think of that yours should be different... I will keep digging!
@@Grimracer1 124kph is 77mph but my boat goes faster. So when I set the gauge to 200mph the max speed will show higher than 124. It will show 130 as the max which is 81mph. The outer ring is correct showing mph but the max speed shows KPH. So I go to the telemetry screen and that shows the max speed in mph. The gauge max speed shows KPH.
Johnathan.. you can send the RX to Futaba and for around 14 bucks they will install one for your.. I dont know if they are sending out antennas so the consumer can change it.
