I would have liked this anime if it weren't for the unjustified complete change in character in Yuki after repairing her memories. She was FIVE. She'd have had maybe two years worth of memories to recover, which is not enough to completely change her demeanor, morality, and decision making. Zero deserved better than for her to find out his feelings by doing the one thing that he specified would make him hunt her for eternity.

it's sort of scary how well this suits both kaname and yuki's inner turmoil and thoughts about themselves and each other. Kaname sees yuki as the brilliant sun in his world, but he hates himself and sees himself as a pitch black shadow dragging her into his hellish cursed existence for example, meanwhile yuki sees herself as weak and unable to change fate or help the people she cares about, giving her the feeling that she's trapped in an eternal nightmare -without any hope of escape, in her eyes she isn't deserving of either kaname or zero's affection and as a result she turns a blind eye to their flaws, instead feeling that she's being horribly spoiled by both.

This song really showcases what your voice can do. Amazing!!!

MAN this brings back memories! My college friends and I used to make fun of this show all the time for how ridiculously "Twilight-like" it is. Not only that, but everybody (including me) in the Anime Club I was in used to tease the ever-living crap out of one of the other members at the time for having us watch it once, since he thought it was some kind of action anime with a lot of fighting that had vampires as part of the plot, because the show has the word "Knight" in the title. He did NOT view so much as ONE episode before jumping to his conclusion! I can still remember the priceless moment everyone looked at him as his face went as white as a sheet when watching the first episode, where he realized how badly he messed up and hilariously tried to make excuses to lower his embarrassment! Thanks for doing this cover; that was a great moment in time to remember. This cover is really great, too. Keep up the good work!
