I can't blame Kiff for wanting to sue Zapp. Zapp left Kiff to died on the Titanic, Got them both suspended and lost their jobs (which was Zapp fault), launch a missile that crush him, and took advantage of Amy, who was grieving Kiff's supposed death.
@@rae-raetheturtledemon. To Kiff's race, yes. I think that the reasons why the creators chose Kiff instead of Hermes for obvious reasons. The same way the professor was racists to the Cygnoids in the episode 'A Leela of Her Own' or how characters treat the underground mutants before.
