TN can tap lot of biotech and biopharmaceutical industries. But waiting to learn the roadmap strategic planning. There are lot of talents and economic opportunities in this sector. I don't see visionary planning yet from the government. It will be great if Dr.PTR could provide those insights to the government. I think only he could do that.
