In the Ultimate Talent Development Plan mode, you can unlock a 4th board that allows the Future Foundation members from the Danganronpa 3 anime to train the students of Hope's Peak Academy.
I play through the mode and try to get as many events as I can on the board.

Still I kinda wished they created some new sprites for various reasons but that would have been a lot of work for a side mode.

Prima Marvelous there is a mukuro sprite, if you use a u mukuro in despair dungeon its her in her soldier gear

not gonna lie, this board can net you some insane stuff as long as you have some hope cards and # move cards to avoid those despair tiles

It's also important to have Double Move or Straight cards, or you probably won't make it to the end in time (68 squares in 12 turns means an average of roughly 5.6 squares per turn).

SDR2 Spoilers-- I just thought of an unused Chiaki Excecution, but the Despair squares were lethal. If could've been her on a game board like this, but instead on meeting students on the squares, she always met MonoKuma. The more she met MonoKuma, the more despair cards would increase. Eventually, there would only be despair cards left so she would be forced to walk on it, killing her

All of the Danganronpa 3 characters (at least the Future Arc characters) have Event Square interactions, and they're the same for every playable character.

Is it worth it to play this board when developing cards, or is the amount of despair spots make it not worth?

If you level cap and just need stat boosts or hope shards to learn stronger skills, it can be worth it, especially if you have multiplier cards on your or cards that let you roll a specific number.
