Hello sir there has been quite some stigma about doing surgical post graduation outside your state...is it really true or depends on the state and the unit sir? If not what would you advise me being an ardent orthopedic lover to take top colleges in my state(tamil nadu) or go to other states to pursue ortho(please do recommend clgs in other states too sir)...My AIR is 2976
Im a NEET PG aspirant and my first choice is orthopedics ...and this video was really helpful... and the funny questions too were the things most people don`t ask anyone ...really good video🤩😍
Taking orthopedics in DY Patil Mumbai if i don't know Hindi ( from south india ) . How it will affect me ? Some people saying " you will get less chances than other PG's "
Sir I want to take ortho as a branch but ,I have mild colour vision deficiency should i opt for ortho or should i go for another branch.BTW I didnot have any problem in my ug days during postings.i just need suggestion from someone experienced
Coming to saturated branch........ Accidents happen, old age occurs, osteoporosis exists and finally arthritis too exist.if you select a right place to set up your practice, there is nothing called saturation. If you confine yourself to practicing in one particular place, then you will face this saturation, if not orthopaedics is an evergreen branch.
@@jeevanreddy7404 what do you mean by mild colour vision??? If you are a surgeon and if you wanna differentiate an artery/vein/nerve with colour defificiency it will be a difficult task. If you are an intern please go and assist your professor of orthopedics and confirm what type of colour vision difficulties you have and then take a call
College in ug doesnt matter . Just take good coaching like marrow or prepladder .study theory. Try doin internship from a govt hospital if u can. Study for pg entrance early join a top institute in pg. UG does not matter at all
@@tharnikap3064 it's better to have ur basics strong bcz with the increasing competition and clinical approch in neet PG, u 'lo be exposed to variety of cases from govt medical CLG. So, I think from my personal experience go for govt.CLG, but if u cant get govt. Even den its k, try to build ur basics strong and never ever miss ur clinical postings, it makes a huge difference.
