Every industry has ups and downs , it will sure recover there is huge slowness in recovery next year you will see a catapult effect for sure , just need a trigger and tech industry in transformation like typewriter to computer stuff. Keep cool keep updating
As a fresher i am literally stressed out. After all these years of coding building different projects all go to waste as Companies didn't give us (fresher) the moment to proof our worthiness. Apply to hundreds of companies but didn't get a single chance to seat on an interview all because most of them didn't even reply to our application, yeah some companies do reply for rejection. It's better from the ones who didn't give a single replay. All because of this so call work experience which companies demand on even an entry level job but it in the job advertisement or post it will preview as it for fresher. But under the requirement section they will asked for 3+ years experience. Like Wtf how can we get work experience if i don't have the chance to work?
Because fresher can't meet the client needs, they are not skilled enough, however any fresher has a good technical skills and posses the ability to scale himself can still survive 😊
A Major unsaid cause is the disruption in the market due to the global instability, wars in the middle east and russia ukraine crisis. When petroleum market is hit all industries get hit, except maybe the medical and legal businesses
Thanks for posting valuable info. There are many other issues which are influencing job markets ( not only IT but all) like WARS, Interest Rates, High Inflation, Political Tension, Elections & many more....
Usa and Europe are in recession going into depression which affects it jobs world wide especially india. India doesn't have domestic it industry that can be independent of foreign business. This is real reason for it Indian down turn. It will get worse after usa election finishes. It isn't about work experience , but supply vs demand. Demand is drying up.
3-4 years he is saying as recession 😂😂 and AI is on boom ..is IT companies not aware about this big threat? I can't stop laughing.. don't believe him. He is just good content creator.
@@MAULIKSHAH-gl6pg it's alright man, you are free to think whatever you want or believe in whatever you want, in the end no one knows what will happen in future
@@MAULIKSHAH-gl6pg bro predicting is not misleading, you read about it this is what the majority predictions are going towards, I am not speaking gibberish here, feel free to see other videos on the topic
@@MAULIKSHAH-gl6pg and please have the attention span to watch the full video, I never said 4 years or that AI is a threat, I said clearly the exact reasons hiring is on the low end
There is no jobs because of 3month notice period..all stuck as no any company wants employees with 3 months notice. and immediate joiner expact 2x to 3x salary as switching opportunity came once in 3-4 years.on top all MNC hired lots of freshers who don't have proper skills of latest trends. @@Hidden..03 no need to be afraid of rejections bro, if you keep trying eventually you will be able to switch. Do the following -Update your resume (keep good formats/content etc) -Brush up on your tech stacks -Do basic problem solving -System design And start applying, soon you will start getting offers, once you receive an offer you can put down your papers and keep on finding new offers (for negotiation)

See the entire video before commenting and you will see there is nothing negative, I am telling people to be ready for opportunities and thank you for caring for my job and finances but I will manage on my own :)
@@vikasumTrader that's your issue if you don't watch the complete video then don't comment that it's negative, I have clearly mentioned you should prepare and be ready for the opportunity, I help students in getting jobs not demotivating them
Ur thumbnail triggered me to put that comment...since thumbnail was negative..I decided to not watch your video & loose my hope. I'm commenting because there r lot of freshers scared. Bcuz of these kind of negative talks
@@ravikrishnarpan if you see the complete video before judging, I tell to be prepared and even tell how to be ready(which is meaningful activity) so you can get hired but ofcourse just put a comment before seeing the video or the channel.
Chill guys...startup means koi registered company nahi balki as a freelancer developer start kiya hu, aur 6 month me 3 developer hire kiya hu, as a freelancer kaam ka maza hi alag hai
Tech market can never end its the future, if you are skilled and deliver or meet to the the client needs you will always be in demand, knowledge pay off 😂
@@ashishcode exactly skill is the future client and companies invest a lot on technologies and it's individuals intent to work hard in developing and implement solutions using those skills, it takes a handsome effort to build expertise in any particular skill and there's no limit to learnings, that's the reason techie's are paid,
That's the lamest , what's the point if 100 people are really skilled and there is only 50 job openings..?? What about the other 50 who are also skilled.??
