I've walked down these streets in my dreams. I'm 46 I was born in ' 76. Falling asleep numerous of times with my parents in the living room watching TV ,Knight Rider Blade Runner. Terminator, escape from New York and the list goes on cuz they really started coming out with a lot of science fiction dystopian themed movies around that time. It's me that's why I'm so drawn to it falling asleep we're hearing it in my sleep as my parents watch TV in the next room. Cuz soon as Synthwave hits my brain . When I listen to this (I have been for a long time now), I feel so.. out of character? Like a scared child, wandering the world, knowing nothing, hungry for love and compassion and friendship. It's such a weird emotion I don't feel often but only do when listening to specific music videos.
