I'm not sure if it's the editing of these videos! but damn it's exciting and inspiring to watch! the designs of the apartment are absolutely thoughtful and really fit the client's requirements. I wish I could have such a pad soon as well!
I rather the owner knock through the two bath become one big family bathroom.A soak in hot Jacuzzi bath after a day of hard work does make a lot of different. The guess can always use the clock room at the wet kitchen.I will also install a new door at the beginning of the corridor so not only it will create a separate space to the family bathroom,but also the bedroom can be more private from visitor. I will also box up the cosy corner, knock down the wall at the master bedroom, move the existing wall further in by 1000mm, and make create a good size walk in closet. Every woman dream of owning her own walk in, overall make the little apartment feel more grand and stylish.

2:02 A toilet in the kitchen is sth that would make very many people uncomfortable especially in countries where people attach alot of importance to food and cooking, isnt that sth you could convert to another kitchen
