@@ExcellentHealth nah, throws are still throws but still solid A. I would put him in the same spot as kazuya, hwo, heihachi etc. Real S tier are dvj, paul, leroy , zafina, akuma, geese. If namco nerfs king's chain throws in terms of oki and damage, he will be okay. And maybe a few little nerfs.
