I really needed this. I’ve been going through severe anxiety and depression lately, and I’ve had thoughts about hurting myself recently. The reason why I had those thoughts is because I just want my anxiety and depression to be gone forever. I have anxiety disorder, so I get stressed more easily than the average person. I get stressed to the point where I cry, and the mental pain gets really unbearable. I just don’t want my anxiety and depression to mentally hurt me anymore. This really cheered me up a bit!
