he's probably in good mood, yet he doesn't give ticket when people don't deserve it. but as he said, the warning are not what you see the most on the videos, but he actually gives warnings more often than you think. plus, he's always nice.
For those wondering where Frank has been, he went and spent time with his dad in New York. He uploaded vlogs on his channel "Frank Sloup" and they're a must watch.
@@russell-di8jsit's more seeing them as humans with a life than celebrating him as a celebrity. It was interesting to learn his history and why he chose to become a police officer.
Love that you gave the ex-DUI guy a break! See, you DO have a heart! 🤣🤣 Great Vid as always Frank (and Videographer) keep 'em coming - they make me drive slower in the UK!
I live in Pinal County (and I have driven by Frank a couple times), and sadly people still definitely drive like morons here. I mean, if they didn't, there wouldn't be so many awesome FWF videos lol
Knowing when to be strict, and when to give a break, is part of the art of good policing. If you can get better results by cutting a guy a break, that's a win. On the other hand, Frank is fully capable of dropping the hammer on you, if he feels its warranted. Knowing how to handle each situation, is called good judgment. Frank has honed that skill very well, and his boss gives him that flexibility, which also shows good judgment. The PCSO is a well run organization.
Seems like that fishing va-cay chilled you out. I’ve gotta admit, I like the stops with a little more zing to them, but lowering your stress level is a big bonus for you. Look forward to more and more videos.
Don't see Frank letting someone go with a warning often. Couldn't have given it to a better person when he sees the guy making better decisions after their DUI conviction.
Frank never gives warnings. His history had to be horrible for Frank to decide I'm going to reward the changes he's made and hopefully this warning is enough.
Not stopping for a stop sign is a way of life in Massachusetts...something I still have trouble accepting as a transplant. But nobody ever gets stopped for that here.
WHERE IS FRANK?!? This is a clone, twice the limit on speed and he let him go…😳, Frank would never do that! Did anyone notice if this version of Frank had the minimum number of pens…🤔 I think that is the Sheriff with a Frank mask on! Yeah that makes sense!
In the mid 70s, I was with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department, and it was an absolute blast. I didn't realize how good I had it until I switched to a local PD. That was a whole different story-boring as heck with a tiny four-block beat zone and way too much politics. Frank reminds me of how we approached situations back then. Not overly formal or stuffy. ✌️
A young boy screeched to a halt to keep from running a stop sign in my neighborhood barely not hitting me last Saturday morning. I rolled my window down and pointed at the stop sign because I’ve witnessed this same kid blow the sign multiple times. He jumped out and grew wings threatening me and begging me to get out. I sat there calmly and asked him if he wanted to meet God today. He got back in his gold Highlander and just sat there.
Guys, just to advise. Today is the Australian National Police Commemoration Day to commemorate the lives and service of all our Police going back to 1788 who have died in the direct line of duty or who have died from wounds and physical and mental health illness thereto. I have tended most since the day was proclaimed back in 2088. Its why frauditors etc give us a wide berth
You have to love it how people incriminate themselves. “ I am sorry I had the phone up to my ear.” Frank goes along with that chit and say “Oh, that was the secondary reason I pulled you over.” Frank is lying like a MF. Lol!
