Да, на счет ударника , есть такой косяк. У меня уже модифицированная деталь с углубленным отверстием. Но там другая беда была- конец винта крепления попадал под удар клапана! Конец клапана оказался утолщен и расклепан и перестал закрываться. Пришлось стачивать и полировать , а винт крепления укорачивать. Теперь без проблем.

Nice video. Be very careful when assembling again, those two screw at the plenum tube end (A15 on the FX Panthera schematics) are very lightly tightened, if you apply even little bit more force the part will break. I guess it is just prevention from unscrewing plenum part of the tube while trying to unscrew shroud part.
@@sass6106 i think all you need is very light tightening as i don't see any other sense but preventing plenum to unscrew before shroud unscrews. That part is so thin that there is no way it is calculated in any pressure holding calculation. Plenum is quite thick and it should be OK (if you take analogy with rifles with plenum tube under the barrel, what keeps them in position is only thread to the main block). Rail carrier (the block which is hitted by valve rod) must be drilled definitelly, you are right about that
@@ddarkfly I looked at this design carefully. I will say so that this clamp is not needed and it can be removed completely. When you have 100 atmospheres in the balloon, you cannot unscrew it so easily from the base of the bolt carrier.
