Who builds those river boats?

Maybe some speed numbers and distance ect on the video , it’s like watching paint dry

For anyone that has done this type stuff, running rivers who's lines can change daily and keeping the Chevy together at those RPMs for that long is what makes it not boring. When you finish a run and didn't get gigged by a tree angled downstream it kinda gives a feeling of accomplishment.

I understand what your saying i didn’t even think of trying that at this river because all of the other rivers I record these boats at don’t have service for my cameras to connect to and also if I could connect it drains the life of the batteries even faster. When courses can run over 25 miles one direction and there’s no way for me to check on my cameras to replace batteries then I’d rather try and get more opportunities for legs to be recorded. The guys don’t always turn them on or off when they’re done with a leg so it can all be difficult to do. Plus the amount of videos I try and make and put out it’s just another hoop I have to go through but I do agree when it works it is cool to get an idea of the type of speed they are traveling. Thanks for the comment I’ll try and keep it in mind when they race a river with service throughout the coarse

How is that ok for the shoreline? I am no expert but, don't narrow channels always have a no wake zone?

No they do not. Winter runoff is what tears up the banks, not boat wakes.

There isn’t much of the boat that touches the water, very minimal wake if any comes off these types of boats.
