There will be no need to fix this Apache engine guard in pulsar any more because Bajuj pulsar 150 twin disc , 2019 model is coming up with its own belly guard . So may be just after few months it will be available in the market. And this would probably fit better than this..

This TVS apache engine guard which i bought from TVS service center.

👨‍💼The 2019 version of pulsar is coming with its own engine guard. And i think that would fit better than this. And it will be soon available in the market.

I'm not sure about online but u will surely get it at your nearest authorised tvs service centre.... price was 1300/- when i bought it..

All the clamps are made by myself by drilling and cutting the iron plates. So you wouldn't get it ready made. you will also have to make them. Just keep in mind that the clamp near the gear shifter should be little flexible so that you can adjust it by bending. And the rest should be solid and tough.

Yeh same clamps hunk mein kaam nahi ayega. Yeh maine khud banwaya tha iron plates ko drill karake according to the size n proportion. To aap ko v aise hi kuch karna hoga aap k bike k according.

Aer you talking about the duke 200 guard?? Well then i must say that I also thought of doing the same at the beginning but when i physically saw that then i found the engine guard to be comparatively small and for that all the fixing plates would remain partly uncovered. Even for fixing that it needed to be attached to the engine bolt which was not a good idea at all.
