Another post for the Tunesday Tuesday Group. Gånglåt från Äppelbo - Melodeon & Fioler.
The pace, a meandering stroll, as the path is stony and, with my head in the sky looking up at the trees, and the flowers, and the birds, it's easy to stumble. Oh, and beware the three happy heffalumps (fiolerna) who may appear at any moment!
The harmony parts are based on the ABC notations that 'weejie' provided to the Session website 12 years ago, saying the following, "These parts were from an arrangement by Sven Bohm (1914-2000), who was long time leader of Malungs Spelmanslag. Malung is just up the road from Äppelbo."
