What's really funny is I always get a little nervous reacting to GD and BB because I adore them and have such high standards for reactions to their videos, and mine unfortunately never live up to them-I always have too much to say and never say it! When you stan a group that hard, that is your fate.
In all seriousness, I love this tune (if you couldn't tell). Love the simple guitar for this-whenever GD gets serious, he keeps the instruments very simple. Such a good songwriter, for real.

Where do you live?
I currently reside in Southern California.
Why Korean?
I'd love to teach English in a foreign country because language fascinates me. South Korea has taken that number one spot from Japan, so I hope to be able to teach there someday and knowing Korean would definitely help! There's also quite a large population of Korean-Americans where I live, so it's perfect for practicing!

2012 was the year I was 1st introduced to kpop. Big Bang specifically. By my now ex girlfriend. lol. She made me watch Shinee, Big Bang, and 2NE1. And although I wasnt into Shinee, and 2NE1 was catchy as hell. BB's songs were the ones I related too most. They just had that something special about them. This GD solo, Blue, and Love Song has this aura that makes you feel things. Fast forward a year and he comes out with Crooked, a song that, like the previous ones mentioned mirrored what I was going through during that period of time. Then Loser a couple years later. *sighh* Eventhough I was reluctant at first to listen to this genre, they somehow managed to become some of my favorite musicians ever. Its gonna suck having no new GD/Big Bang comebacks to look forward too once GD enlists into the military sometime in the near future. :( PS: I am so jelly youre gonna get to go to his concert. No doubt its gonna be amazing, Hope you have fun though!

I mean, I could give you so many reasons why he's lovable-his talent and dedication, cute mannerisms, laugh that takes over his whole body, warm smile, timid nature, his politeness and respect for others... Need I say more? It's hard not to like the guy!

Well yes, but many artists have a stage persona. I personally thinks it makes him-and every artist who has this-more interesting.

GD doesn't have the best vocals, not tall, not the prettiest, not the best rapper, doesn't dance yet he's the king of kpop. When you're a rapper and your ballad songs still hit #1 on the charts, GD just has that "it" factor that's why he is a bias and it is not just fangirls or teenagers he hits all four demographics. Have fun at the concert you never know it may be his last and please give the man a hamburger!!

It's true that he doesn't have the best vocals (tho his are vvv unique), he's not tall, he's not the prettiest (tho he's admittedly VERY pretty), isn't the best rapper, and doesn't usually dance anymore (tho can dance extremely well), but you're right in saying he doesn't need all of that. What he does have (charisma, etc.), and what he can do well is just... different from anyone else-that special something only he can pull off for whatever he tries. It was the best experience! And fortunately I've learned that GD is aware of his weight loss and is trying to be healthy, but it's hard to achieve with very little sleep and heavy stress. He'll be fine though, he's not losing weight on purpose! 😊
