G-Eazy speaks to Westwood about his new crib in Hollywood, working on his new album The Beautiful & Damned, the influence of Mac Dre (R.I.P), Stillhouse Whiskey & more.
Delanovich yeah but instead of throwing all the cash that he did, he could have saved more money if financed it with credit. He may look like a "baller" cuz he bought the house outright but any financial advisor would be shaking their heads. His choice though. He'd still be a home owner either way but he just spent more money to do it.
Delanovich he has the money he just doesn't use it all to buy the house. HE CAN but the smart financial thing would be to get a mortgage anyway and pay off the balance every month plus it's a tax deduction if you have one and paying on time is a rise in credit altogether. He can have his "house" money in some sort of escrow or something. That's why the advisors would shake their heads. He has the money to buy almost anything I'm not denying that.
His momma recorded this live on her insta and I asked if it was a real freestyle and she said: "I believe all free styling is trying different thought s resurface and rearranged so I found it quite at the moment" I love Suz
it aint gunna be released, the endless summer stuff will never be released (he screwed up the samples and they deleted themselves)... nice name btw I love the Big Lez Show
Every once in a while I come across something from G that impresses me. He has some potential to really be huge, but someone really gotta work with him and help him switch up his flow. He's got some genius bars, but every verse is the same content and the same flow. Could swap any verse with any other one of his and it's all the same.
Yo I ain't no DJ but the call me Devo from Australia live in Japan grew up listening to Urban Genre from all around the world and that was 100% garbage!!!!
