Asmr is a growing trend on youtube. There's some money to be made there for real. Un-ironically watching ASMR, I've seen small channel with 1k or 2k subs get a million views within a week. Since it's a fairly odd universe, much remains unknown and thus people finding new "triggers" (the stuff that gives you "tingles"(good goosebumps moreless(like when you're dying of cold and get in a hot shower kinda goosebump))) that no one has used before can make you not only go from 1k subs to 100k in a month. But getting millions of views with non-intrusive ads(no actual ads in the video otherwise you're hated by everyone) and having a lucrative patreon full of actual supporting girls and pervs, it's like mining for petroleum, when you hit it, there's usually a lot of money to be made from it.
